Cancellation policy

Joint orders can be canceled free of charge until shipment. Generally, we will send the items within 1-3 days upon receipt of payment. Please submit a cancellation request to customer service within 24 hours of the date of your order. You can go to your order page and click on "Cancel Order" or on the "My Service Account" option at the bottom of our site. We will send you a link to process your after-sales service by mail. Beyond this period, a restocking and processing fee will apply to cancellations, even if the order has not been shipped. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled. General return policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise that has not been engraved or personalized for a refund, credit, or an exchange (less shipping and handling charges). Returned goods must be in their original condition and credit is subject to goods reviewed by our quality assurance specialists. Merchandise damaged or altered by a jeweler cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.


For all returns, send a support ticket to our customer service. Our customer service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges after customers have contacted us and explained their reasons for the return. Return of packages without prior approval from Customer Service will be interrupted or delayed.


All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition and with original tags and packaging. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage in shipping, errors in color / style / size / quantity or allergic reaction from use must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly show the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons. Please kindly know the sub-order in which return or exchange is not acceptable without quality issues.


If we have not shipped a correct item to you


You have the option of 1) exchanging it for the correct item, or 2) returning it for a full refund. Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending the items.


If we sent you an item in the wrong color


You are eligible for a full refund. (Color difference perceived due to your computer monitor's display settings does not warrant a refund).


If you are not satisfied with your purchase


You may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item involved. If you return the item for refund, you are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item, and please note that we will need to deduct the original shipping cost for sending the order, a Restocking fee of $ 5- $ 30 will be applied for Items that do not have labels attached and carry notices. Your return might be rejected if the item damaged due to non-quality. Custom order is not eligible for return or exchange. And if you are exchanging the item for the first time, you just need to pay the shipping for the return, we will cover resending your new order with the standard shipping. Any item or accessory lost during the return process will also be deducted from the refund.
