We offer free express shipping for orders over $ 169. Please refer to the payment page to confirm the free express shipping information. We offer free express shipping service automatically if the price of your order reaches our policy.

Undeliverable Packages:

 

We rely on our customers to provide an accurate delivery address and to ensure a reliable and safe delivery location for the package.

 

If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an improper, incomplete or invalid address, you will be offered the options of reshipping the package, for other shipping and handling fee, or canceling the order (subject to other restocking fee, to be subtracted from the order total prior to reimbursement). If we do not hear back from you within 7 business days of the failed delivery, we will proceed with cancellation and the associated fee.
